Matthew "Yerachmiel David" Bavaro is an
Orthodox Jew who has lived in South Florida for over 36
years. Upon graduating from Nova Southeastern
University Shepard Broad Law Center in 1999 with magna cum
laude honors, Matthew started his own firm. Over the
years, he has represented over 3,000 clients in and out of
court. Matthew's experience includes extensive litigation in
Florida State courts and Federal courts, including personal
injury, civil rights, constitutional law, free speech, civil litigation,
and first party insurance litigation. In addition to handling litigation matters, Matthew also has represented clients throughout the State of Florida in various appellate courts. In 2007, Matthew had the distinction that less than 1% of attorneys can claim. He was privileged enough to argue before the Supreme Court of Florida. He has represented clients in appellate matters in most Florida appellate courts. Matthew has been quoted by national media outlets, including CNN, Fox news, LA Times, New York Times, and many regional and local media outlets as well. He has also appeared as a guest on national and local talk shows, including the Laura Ingraham Show. |
Daniel
Lacesa, Esquire born in Chicago, 1965. He is an
accomplished musician and an experienced attorney.
He has lived in Florida since 1987 and received his
Bachelor's Degree in communications in 1993.
Daniel decided that law school was the right move for
him. He graduated from Nova Southeastern
University in 1999. While in school, he was
bestowed the honor of being invited to the Nova Law
Journal which is reserved for only a select few
students. Daniel was admitted to practice law in May of 2000. He is admitted to all Florida State Courts as well as the Federal Courts for the Southern and Middle District of Florida. Daniel has been employed at Bavaro Legal, PA for the past two years and has made incredible contributions. Premises liability cases, such as slip and falls and trip and falls are amongst the more difficult personal injury cases. Bianca
Lupovici was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and raised in
Panama City, Panama and Miami, Florida and is fluent in both
Portuguese and Español.
In 1999, she graduated with a
Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International
University.
During her undergraduate studies
Bianca worked full-time as a legal secretary/paralegal for
various law firms in Miami, Florida.
In 2003, Bianca obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center and was selected as a top finalist in the 2001 Association of Trial Lawyers of America “ATLA” negotiation competition allowing her to compete at the national level in North Carolina. She was also a junior staff member of the Journal of International & Comparative Law and selected to participate as a founding editor of the International Citator & Research Guide. In light of her academic achievements during her first year of law school, Bianca received a scholarship from the Association of Legal Assistants. Prior to joining Bavaro Legal, P.A., Bianca practiced law for a top civil defense litigation law firm in Hollywood, Florida, specializing in the areas of personal injury, automobile negligence, premises liability, wrongful death, negligent security/supervision, and governmental tort litigation. Bianca practiced regularly in both State and Federal court systems. Clients included “Fortune 500” corporations, governmental entities, and individuals. |

James is a member of the Florida Bar, Southern District Federal Bar, Florida Consumer Law Group and the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA) . James has handled a variety of public interest cases and has tried numerous cases in both state and federal courts including complex discrimination and retaliation cases where punitive damages have been awarded to the Plaintiff. |

Loren graduated from Nova Southeastern School of Law in 1995
and has worked for himself since. James is special
counsel to Bavaro Legal, PA. James has been litigating
personal injury cases since 1995 and is one of our trial
lawyers. James is admitted to practice before the
state courts of Florida, as well as the United States
District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the
Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
